Should be excellent in English communication

Processor/Sr.Processor:

Processor – 0 to 3 Years (Fresher with good communication skills, Degree completed candidates with a Provisional certificate/Consolidated Mark sheet is Must)
Sr Processor – 4 to 9 years

Job description:

Should have deep knowledge in loan underwriting/Pre UW /Origination/Servicing
Compute income and debt ratio calculations following program guidelines and ability to repay requirements
Expertise in compliance, TRID guidelines (fees)
Perform mortgage credit analysis without the assistance of AUS
Maintain production goals & standards under established SLAs and metrics.
